Momentum is a carefully curated 2-day entrepreneurial retreat in Ticino, designed for people who want to build the next evolution of their business — without burning out, shrinking their ambition, or doing it alone.

  • We only accept participants through an application process, so we get to know each one, ensure it’s a match, and tailor the experience to both group and individual needs. The group is intentionally composed — not based on industry, but on mindset.

    The setting will be intimate with a maximum of 15 participants, and every detail is carefully designed to give you incredible value — starting before the event, and all the way to what you’ll carry home for next year.

  • As entrepreneurs, we are often running through tasks for clients, marketing, admin… and seldom take a chance to work ON the business.

    Amidst the end-of-the-year rush, in December, we want to offer you a space to slow down, recharge, reconnect, and give you a chance to tap into your creativity and passion.

  • On Day 1, we’ll dive deep into your year. Not only understanding what went well and what you’re proud of, we want to also find out why.

    We’ll break down your current year to understand what actually drove your results (and what held you back). You’ll uncover patterns, blind spots, strengths, and decisions that shaped your path.

    It can be pretty overwhelming to sit with ourselves for such deep reflection. Being in a guided group will help you stay in the moment and dive into yourself for answers.

  • We’ll focus Day 2 on daring to dream big and building a tailored roadmap to reach your vision next year. We’ll define aligned goals and the plans to reach them, and give you the tools to stay accountable well beyond the retreat.

    The weekend will give you a unique opportunity for coaching, guided self-reflection, and tailored advice to keep building momentum for the entire year.

  • The exact date of MOMENTUM 2026 will be announced soon.

    DAY 1

    We’ll break down your 2026 to understand what actually drove your results (and what held you back). You’ll uncover patterns, blind spots, strengths, and decisions that shaped your path.

    We’ll meet at 10am, to give everybody time to arrive and get situated. We’ll wrap up around 5pm, but you can join us for dinner in town around 7pm (optional).

    DAY 2

    Vision without execution is just a wish. Day 2 is about grounded design — building a 2027 strategy you can commit to. You’ll define focus areas, structure your priorities, and choose growth with intention.

    We’ll start with a shared breakfast at 9am and will close the experience around 4.30pm.

  • We’re inviting up to 15 amazing ‘preneurs to join us for a weekend at a beautiful venue. As soon as we know more, we will let you know.

  • Good thinking needs good fuel! Your retreat experience includes healthy lunches on both days, plus breakfast on Sunday, along with fresh snacks, fruit, tea, and coffee available throughout the sessions to keep energy flowing and minds focused.

    On Saturday evening, we’ll organize a group dinner in Lugano for anyone who wants to continue the conversation in a relaxed setting. This is optional and at your own expense.

    You’ll have the opportunity to share your dietary preferences and allergies in advance. We partner with local, conscious food providers who are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free needs on request.

  • Accommodation is not included in the retreat fee, but we’re here to make your planning effortless.

    Once you’ve confirmed your spot, we’ll share a list of hotels and cozy guesthouses within walking distance of the venue.

    Traveling solo but open to sharing a space? Let us know — we can match you with another participant interested in sharing a room or apartment.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of CHF 150 is required to reserve your seat.

    Balance: The remaining balance must be settled by November 15th.

    Cancellations:

    • If you cancel before 15 November 2025, you may transfer your ticket to another approved participant or receive a credit valid for a future retreat.

    • Cancellations after 15 November 2025 are non-refundable.

    Event Changes:

    • In case of unexpected circumstances (force majeure, official measures, strikes, or illness of the organizers) requiring date changes, all payments will remain valid for the rescheduled retreat.

    • If you cannot participate in the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund of any amount paid. No further claims can be made.

    Photography: Photographs and videos will be recorded during our event. The photographs and videos may be published in various media, including our website, social media, press releases and other marketing materials. By participating in our event, you agree that photographs and videos of you may be recorded and used as described above.

    Insurance: Travel, health, and cancellation insurance are not included and are highly recommended.
